At Studio Lagree, we believe in training smarter, not just harder. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their highest level of fitness through the Lagree Method— a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to challenge both your body and mind. — combining muscular endurance, balance, and intensity in a refined studio atmosphere.

Lagree is a full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called the Megaformer. Unlike traditional fitness methods, Lagree combines strength, cardio, core, balance, and flexibility into a single session. Think; if Pilates and bodybuilding had a baby, that’s Lagree. Build muscle, sculpt, tone and get stronger. Every movement is performed slowly and controlled, ensuring that your muscles are under constant tension for maximum results— without the risk of injury.

FIRST TIME TO THE STUDIO?

WHAT TO EXPECT..

• Expect slow, controlled movements: Lagree focuses on time under tension. Everything is done very slowly to keep your muscles engaged the entire time — even transitions.

• Tiny movements, big burn: You’ll be surprised how small, precise motions (like lunges, planks, or core holds) can make your muscles light up.

• Minimal rest: The workout is continuous, transitioning from one exercise to the next to keep your heart rate up.

• Instructor cues matter: Listen carefully — they’ll guide you on spring loads (resistance), alignment, and form. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or modifications.

WHEN TO ARRIVE..

• Arrive early (15 minutes): Your instructor will show you how to safely use the Megaformer. As your first time, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time. If you are later than 15 minutes you will be asked to reschedule.

WHAT TO BRING..

• Wear the right clothes: Form-fitting workout clothes are best so they don’t get caught in the springs or cables. Grip socks are required for safety and traction.

• Hydrate & eat light: Have a small snack beforehand (like a banana or protein bar). You’ll need energy, but you don’t want to feel heavy or bloated

WHO IS LAGREE FOR?

Lagree is perfect for anyone who wants a low-impact but high-intensity workout that builds lean strength, endurance, and core stability. It’s great for people who want to tone without bulking, Pilates lovers looking for more challenge, and those who prefer sculpting workouts over heavy lifting or high-impact cardio. It also suits athletes wanting to target smaller stabilizing muscles, anyone easing back from injury, or joint pain, and busy people who want an efficient full-body burn in under an hour. Our instructors will offer modifications to ensure the workout meets you where you’re at in your individual fitness journey and goals.
